Baked Peaches

Looking for an easy to make dessert for that special occasion or just a sweet treat night?  This is perfect.  You can tweak this recipe for practically any fruit, but peaches and apples are my favorites.  So simple….so easy….so delicious!

Ingredients (makes 2 servings):

2 ripe peaches

handful of dried cranberries

handful of chopped pecans

4 chopped brazil nuts

dash of cinnamon

drizzle of honey

2 tablespoons Fage 0% Greek Yogurt (for the side)

olive oil cooking spray


Directions: Preheat oven at 350 degrees F.  Spray a baking dish with olive oil cooking spray, and slice your peaches in half.  Place them face up in the baking dish.  Add toppings and drizzle with honey.  Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30-40 minutes, depending on how soft you want the peaches.   Add a little greek yogurt on the side and you have a perfect healthy dessert everyone will enjoy!
