This is a simple recipe that includes whatever you have on hand in your refrigerator. Dinner doesn’t have to be hard. Make it simple and make it delicious.
1 pound of chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks
Mrs. Dash Southwest Blend Seasoning
freshly ground black pepper
whatever vegetables you want (I used garlic, broccoli, mushrooms and red pepper)
splash of olive oil
Directions: Heat up a skillet with a little olive oil over med-high heat. Season your chunks of chicken with Mrs. Dash and freshly ground black pepper (as much or little as you want). Add to skillet and brown. When the chicken is completely cooked through, place in a separate bowl or plate and add your veggies with a little more olive oil to the skillet. Saute until veggies are tender. Serve your chicken over the sauteed veggies for a simple and delicious dinner.
