A few years back I was 45 pounds overweight and very unhappy with my life.  I didn’t know even where to begin.  I knew I wanted to lose weight and feel confident naked.  Yes I said naked.  I wanted to look at myself in the mirror and know I loved what I saw.

I cut out fast foods, desserts and Starbucks.  I hired a trainer 3 times a week and worked my butt off.  I counted calories, weighed myself daily and kept food journals.  But over a 2 year period I only lost 15 pounds.  I was devastated!  I felt like I was doing everything possible and I still had 30 pounds to go.

  3. Weekly or monthly video/phone calls (your choice)
  4. How to stop overeating
  5. Daily Success Logs

To be clear, this program is not for everyone.  You must be committed to making some small changes, ready and willing to experiment to find what works for you and an open mind to learn.

But don’t worry I know no one is perfect and I don’t expect you to be either.  The greatest part about Consulting Services is you have me to help you get back on track and keep those temptations at bay.

My goal is to supply you with all the tools to make your dreams come true.  Your role is to learn, use and apply these goals to your existing lifestyle.

The steps to get started with my Consulting Services:

Step #1
Sign up for your one-on-one consulting.  I realize that we all live busy lives, that’s why I have two options available for you:

  1. Half Hour Consultations
  2. Hour Consultations


Step #2
Check your email for your quick start guide.  In this guide, I have laid out the steps to get you started before your first consultation.  They include:

  1. Keeping a food journal for a least one week prior to your consultation.  Don’t change what you are normally eating on a daily basis, just start keeping track.
  2. Keeping track of your exercise for a least one week prior to your consultation.
  3. List your goals for 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year in your journal.
  4. Pick a start date and contact me for your first consultation.
