Snacks under 50 calories

Many of you know that I don’t count calories, and if you ask me how many is in something I usually have no clue.  I just stick to eating real, organic, healthy foods (meats, veggies & fruits mainly), I don’t have to worry about it.  But for many of you I know you like to know the calorie count for what foods you are eating.  So I thought I would put together a list of 50 great snack ideas, all under 50 calories each (all grain-free and gluten-free).  Hope this helps you to stay on track with you snacking between meal, and keep that weight off for good.

50 Snacks Under 50 Calories

1 Peach

1 Cup Watermelon Cubes

1/2 Cup Raspberries

1/2 Papaya

1/2 Mango

1 Kiwi

1/2 Cup Organic Applesauce

1 Small Orange

1 Slice of Cantaloupe

1/4 Cup Shelled Edamame with Sea Salt

1 Medium Sliced Cucumber Mixed with 1/4 Cup Sliced Onion, 1/2 Cup Chopped Celery, 4 Tablespoons Vinegar and Sea Salt to Taste

1 Dill Pickle

1/2 Cup Jicama with 4 oz Homemade Salsa

1 1/2 Cups Sugar Snap Peas

Small Celery Stalk Smeared with 1/2 Teaspoon Homemade Almond Butter

1/2 Small Apple with 1 Teaspoon Sunbutter

1 oz Avocado (about 1/8 of an avocado) Squirted with Lime
